This will be a great experience for all types of people, who is in search for moderate, adventurous climbing experience. All you need for this trip is your positive attitude and in sound physical health, as this trip takes you to the high popular route of Everest with ample time to get acclimatised and to be in the high mountain spirit before the ascent to Island Peak or Imja Tse (6160 meters / 20210 feet). It offers a worthwhile challenge and competent in using ice axe and crampons, being technically straight forward. The climb will be undertaken towards the end of the trek when everyone will be fully acclimatised after the moderate walk from Lukla and to Kalapattar. Finally heading for the Imja valley and Island Peak Base Camp. For those not attempting the climb of Island Peak there is the opportunity to explore the Imja Khola Valley.
This peak offers an enjoyable climb the peak, also provides some of the most striking scenery in the Khumbu. If the peak can be likened to an Island in a glacial sea, than the main land forms a semicircle of cliffs that rise in the north to the rugged summit of Nuptse ( 7879m/ 25850ft ), Lhotse ( 9501m/27870ft), Lhotse middle peak( 8410m / 27590ft), as yet still unclimbed and Lhotse Shar ( 8383m/ 27503ft ). To the east, rising above the frozen waves of the Lhotse Shar glacier, is Cho polu( 6734m/ 22093ft ), beyond which can be seen the red granite mass of Makalu ( 8475m/ 27805ft). To the south of the Imja glacier and icy flutings of Baruntse (7720m/ 25328ft) and the Amphu peaks lead the eye to the lofty pinnacle of Ama Dablam ( 6812m/ 22350ft ), which is liked a giant sea stack guarding the entrance to the glacial bay in which Island peak stands. In order to acclimatize prior to climbing Island Peak (6160 meters / 20210 feet), trek through the Himalayas Khumbu trekking trail to Kalapattar or Everest Base camp or other route that help you in altitudes for acclimatize.
This climbing offers wonderful trekking through the glorious Khumbu Trekking Trail Region and any fit enthusiast can do this adventure and welcome to join the team. All team members will have the opportunity to climb known Island Peak. They may hike up Kalapattar 5545 meters ; a wonderful location to view and photograph Mt. Everest before they try to summit Island Peak (6160 meters / 20210 feet). While climbing team members make the summit attempt of Island Peak, only trekking team members will spend 2-3 days walking in the stunning valleys around this Peak.

Day 01 - Arrive Kathmandu
Day 02 - Kathmandu. Obtain Peak Permit.
Day 03 - Fly to Lukla (2804 m) trek to Phakding (2610 m) 3 hours
Day 04 - Trek to Namche Bazzar (3441 meters)
Day 05 - Acclimatization day- Namche Bazzar (3441 meters)
Day 06 - Trek to Tyangboche (3860 meters)
Day 07 - Trek to Dingboche (4350 meters)
Day 08 - Trek to Chhukung (4710 meters)
Day 09 - Trek to Island peak B.C. (5240 meters)
Day 10-12 - Ascent Island Peak (6160 meters / 20210 feet)
Day 13 - Trek to Tyangboche (3860 meters). 6 hours
Day 14 - Trek to Namche Bazaar (3441 meters). 5 hours
Day 15 - Trek to Lukla (2804 meters) 5 hours
Day 16 - Flight back to Kathmandu.
Day 17 - Spare/Leisure day in Kathmandu
